1.1) If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course provided by Course 10 (the "www.course10.com"), you must notify us in writing or through our designated cancellation process atleast 5 days prior to the start date of the course.
1.2) Cancellations made within working days of the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued. The specific cancellation fee amount will be outlined in the course enrollment agreement or communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
1.3) Failure to attend a course without prior notice or notification will not result in a refund or credit.

4.1) The Company reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy in exceptional circumstances or at its sole discretion.
4.2) Requests for exceptions or disputes regarding refunds must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
