Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Courses

1.1) If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course provided by Course 10 (the "www.course10.com"), you must notify us in writing or through our designated cancellation process atleast 5 days prior to the start date of the course.

1.2) Cancellations made within working days of the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any refund issued. The specific cancellation fee amount will be outlined in the course enrollment agreement or communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

1.3) Failure to attend a course without prior notice or notification will not result in a refund or credit.

2. Refund Policy

2.1) Refunds for course cancellations will be issued based on the following conditions:

  • If you cancel your enrollment in a course within the designated cancellation period, you may be eligible for a refund of the course fee, minus any applicable cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise specified by the Company.
  • Refunds will be issued within working days of receiving a valid cancellation request.

2.2) No refunds will be provided for completed courses or for any portion of a course that has already been delivered.

2.3) In the event that the Company cancels a course, participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, participants will have the option to receive a full refund of the course fee or to transfer their enrollment to a future course at no additional cost.

3. Course Transfers

3.1) If you wish to transfer your enrollment from one course to another, you must notify the Company in writing or through our designated transfer process at least working days prior to the start date of the original course.

3.2) Course transfers are subject to availability and approval by the Company. Additional fees or charges may apply for transferring to a different course, and any difference in course fees must be paid prior to the transfer.

4. Exceptions and Discretion

4.1) The Company reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy in exceptional circumstances or at its sole discretion.

4.2) Requests for exceptions or disputes regarding refunds must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
